CoroDrill 860

High performance drills optimized for steel and aluminum

CoroDrill® 860 is fast, economical, problem-free drilling. Low cutting forces give you fewer problems with weak fixturing, thin walled components, and loads on the cutting edge. With excellent chip evacuation at high cutting data in long and short chipping materials, CoroDrill 860 provides consistently problem-free drilling at high penetration rates.

The CoroDrill 860 product offer consists of two drill geometries, one optimized for steel and one optimized for aluminum. The drill comes in lengths 3-8×D as standard.

Benefits

  • Higher achievable cutting data
  • Reduced cost per hole
  • Improved performance reliability
  • Optimized chip evacuation
  • Long tool life, controlled wear formation
  • Excellent and consistent hole tolerance
  • Minimal exit burr in aluminum applications
