Taking edge-line security to a whole new level, the steel grade GC1130 is highly reliable and performs brilliantly in unstable or challenging conditions. This makes it a perfect grade for the versatile CoroMill® 390.
The new PVD coating in GC1130 is optimized for steel milling. It is produced with Zertivo™ technology, giving great edge-line security and reduced flaking due to optimized cutting edge integrity. This makes the insert resistant to chipping.
The main challenge in groove milling is usually chip evacuation, especially when machining deep and narrow grooves. CoroMill® QD is the first cutter of its kind with internal coolant. This, combined with optimized insert geometries deforming the chip to a shape more narrow than the groove, makes CoroMill® QD a highly reliable tool, ensuring great chip evacuation and trouble-free machining.

CoroMill® 425 is a new finishing concept for cast iron face milling, specifically designed for the automotive business. The accurate and reliable adjustment system makes CoroMill® 425 the easiest system to use on the market. With its eight cutting edges, the multi-edge inserts are used both as working inserts and as wiper inserts.

CoroMill® 177 is an indexable carbide insert hob for machining of large gear wheels. The offer is now extended to cover module 7-30.
CoroMill® 176 is now available as modular solution, providing a very rigid hobbing solution with modular benefits such as flexibility and low down time.
If you are machining deep holes with diameters between 15.60 and 65.00 mm (0.614-2.559 inch) and have close hole tolerance demands (IT9), you should really give CoroDrill® 808 a try. It produces high quality holes in depths up to 150 times the diameter.

Machine stops caused by chip tangling around the tool or spindle is a common problem in fine boring. Not anymore. With the unique high-precision (HP) coolant directed to the cutting edge, CoroBore® 826 HP ensures excellent chip control and chip evacuation.
