High-feed milling

The main advantage of high-feed face milling is extremely high productivity. In order to use high-feed milling, you need a small entering angle. We have a range of high-feed milling tools, including indexable, solid, and exchangeable head, that enable you to take advantage of this fast process.

Highlights

When to use high-feed cutters

Find out how you can take advantage of small cutting depths and high-feed rates. This video looks at what effect a cutter with a 10° lead angle has on the milling process.

The high-feed difference

CoroMill® 419 is a high-feed milling concept with five edges for roughing to semi-finishing. It offers excellent performance in many material groups and has great possibilities for optimization.

Small diameters, high productivity

The high metal removal rate and the four-edged inserts make CoroMill® 415 a cost-efficient and productive face milling concept. The cutter also provides a reliable, secure performance thanks to the unique iLock™ interface.
