Recommendations​

Tolerance
  • When the hole tolerance is less than 0.050 mm (0.002 inch) a reaming process is usually necessary
  • Portable drill busing helps to improve the accuracy and hole quality for drilling and reaming
Lubrication

As portable hand drills do not have internal coolant, a paste is used for lubrication
