Face milling of vibration-sensitive component with the MD pitch

​The differential MD pitch is especially suitable in this vibration-sensitive application.

When using the MD pitch and the 45° milling concept, the inclination angle reduces the hex value. This opens up for a large possibility to increase both ap and fz in this type of operations in order to optimize the performance.
