What do I do now?

  1. Make your own visual inspection of your tools to determine which drills can be reconditioned. Look at these patterns for guidance
  2. Fill out this order form (PDF) and send it to us via e-mail. You will be contacted for further instructions regarding shipping of your solid carbide drills. For price information please contact our Customer Service
  3. Pack your solid carbide drills and secure them with packaging material to keep them from banging together to avoid chipping.
  4. After inspection we will confirm which drills can be reconditioned. Tools that for some reason can not be reconditioned will be sent back to you.
  5. After 2-3 weeks, depending on transport and customs situation, you will get your reconditioned solid carbide drills back.
