With new end mills in small diameters, equipped with size 07 inserts, the proven performance of CoroMill® 390 is now available for component features with limited cutting depth requirements. Due to the smaller inserts, a higher cutter teeth density delivers superior productivity in any type of milling operation. Add the steel grade GC1130, one of the key technological improvements for the world of milling, and your production is set for a profitable milling future.
Taking edge-line security to a whole new level, the steel grade GC1130 is highly reliable and performs brilliantly in unstable or challenging conditions. This makes it a perfect grade for the versatile CoroMill® 390.
The new PVD coating in GC1130 is optimized for steel milling. It is produced with Zertivo™ technology, giving great edge-line security and reduced flaking due to optimized cutting edge integrity. This makes the insert resistant to chipping.
The main challenge in groove milling is usually chip evacuation, especially when machining deep and narrow grooves. CoroMill® QD is the first cutter of its kind with internal coolant. This, combined with optimized insert geometries deforming the chip to a shape more narrow than the groove, makes CoroMill® QD a highly reliable tool, ensuring great chip evacuation and trouble-free machining.

CoroMill® 177 is an indexable carbide insert hob for machining of large gear wheels. The offer is now extended to cover module 7-30.
CoroMill® 176 is now available as modular solution, providing a very rigid hobbing solution with modular benefits such as flexibility and low down time.
If you are machining deep holes with diameters between 15.60 and 65.00 mm (0.614-2.559 inch) and have close hole tolerance demands (IT9), you should really give CoroDrill® 808 a try. It produces high quality holes in depths up to 150 times the diameter.
Energy (heat exchanger plates), automotive (axles, engine blocks), and primary metals are some applications where this drill is commonly used because it offers close tolerances and simplicity. It does not require any pre-settings.
Indexable drills are truly cost efficient. The reinforced CoroDrill® 880, helps you boost your production economy.
The enhanced drill body is up to 30% stiffer than its predecessor for applications of four to five times the drill diameter. This gives you a more reliable drilling experience and a much better hole quality.
Combine this experience with the new grade chain for steel and cast iron for improved insert tool life. Two of the insert grades, GC4324 and GC4334, are designed with Inveio™ coating for better wear resistance. The third, GC4344, produced with Zertivo™ technology, provides great edge-line security as a result of optimal coating and substrate adhesion properties.
These three grades complete the full grade chain with solutions for all ISO P and ISO K materials and a large variety of applications.
Machining of aircraft components is now made easy thanks to the CoroDrill® 863 and CoroDrill® 452 families. They are specifically designed for composite and metal stack materials. These high-performance drills have been developed to address common holemaking issues such as exit burr, delamination, and bad surface finish. You can easily use one tool to drill through a variety of stack materials. These drills easily handle a wide variety of materials including aluminum, composite, titanium, and stainless steel.
The CoroDrill® 863 family is a new group of drills developed to handle drilling operations in composite materials, aluminum, titanium, and stainless steel. These drills are the perfect solution for ADU and CNC machining applications.
You can't go wrong with this hand drill assortment when machining rivet and bolt holes. These drills are optimized for composite and metal stack materials. They will meet strict hole tolerances and provide an exceptional finish.
