Milling

CoroMill® 316
Flexible and versatile

An exchangeable-head milling system for greater flexibility and better productivity plus lower tool and inventory costs. Strong cutting head/shank interface provides high strength for roughing and high rigidity for finishing.

Its higher stiffness and less deflection make it possible to machine long overhangs and deep pockets. It also gives higher accuracy in finishing operations.

Exchangeable head milling coupling EH

The new exchangeable head milling coupling guarantees reliability and accuracy between the head and the tool shank to provide top class machining.

It is easy to use and handle and you can change the head in a few seconds - without removing the tool shank and without further pre-setting of the cutting edge. This results in shorter machine stoppages when changing the head.

The coupling has a patented thread profile and is designed to provide precision and the highest possible bending strength. It has a full face contact for best stability and is manufactured with tight tolerances to get the best performance.

Various heads can be attached to the tool shank, making the exchangeable head milling system operationally versatile.
