CoroTurn XS has an insert in the form of a carbide-rod mounted in a holder. It is intended for precision machining in hole diameters from 0.3-12 mm, with extremely sharp cutting edges for good results at low feeds.

Grooving insert widths from 0.78–2 mm, facegrooving, profiling and preparting inserts are also available.
