The program consists of boring heads with dedicated boring bars for 12 mm shanks for finish boring of diameters from 3 mm to 26 mm.
The fine boring heads have a scale-disc and a vernier. When the scale-disc is turned one (1) division, the diameter is changed 0.01 mm. By using the vernier the diameter can be set to 0.002 mm. The head has an adjustable balance weight.
Boring bars
Boring bars type R429.90- should be used and balance weight set in accordance with the table  .
Bars have entering angle of 90 degrees. |
