Clean shaft and bore.

The EasyFix system ensures the right centre height to achieve best cutting action.

Twist the boring bar to the right position and the EasyFix ball is in the slot.

Clamp the boring bar with 10 Nm.

It is recommended to use the bottom as a stop. If necessary, a 10 mm (0.394 inch) gap is allowed.

Operating temperature:
20‒70°C (60‒170°F)
Optimal temperature:
maximum 50°C (120°F)
