How can I purchase a product?

To be able to buy on the Sandvik Coromant Web site you need a user account that is connected to a company account.

Click here to create your account

If you are a new user at a company that is already doing business with Sandvik Coromant, you can send a request to get your user connected to the existing customer account.

Once you are a customer-connected user, you only have to login to get access to shopping.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

Check availability on the product page

If you have a particular product in mind, search for your product by typing the code in the search field. After entering the product page, click on "Show stock information".

How do I change my order?

How can I find spare parts?

If you have a particular product in mind, search for your product by typing the code in the search field. After entering the product page, click on "Spare/included parts".

Can I get a quotation on items I intend to order on the Sandvik Coromant site?

Yes, you can request a quotation for the items in your shopping cart. The quotation will be generated automatically with the prices in your price agreement. Open your cart and click the Create quotation button. A formal quotation document is made available, with quotation id, validity date, etc. You find all your valid web generated quotations in My page section in the top menu.

How do I return a product?

If you need to return a product, follow these steps.

  • Select Returns under My page, or click the button below.
  • Find the invoice for the product you want to return.
  • Enter reason code and add to cart.
  • Check out.
