New HSK-T holders have been introduced to complete our Tool holder portfolio in General turning.

HSK-T can be used in multi-task machines and guarantees greater stability in comparison to adapted clamping

The HSK-T system offers a tighter fit in the keyway of the spindle compared to HSK-A, ensuring precise insert accuracy and stable performance in all directions

Features and benefits

• HSK-T (DIN 69893-7 / ISO 12164-3 / JIS B6064-3) was developed for stationary tools
• Type T has a peripherally grooved flange for automatic tool change in turning machines with a gripper for HSK type T
• The drive keys have various configurations. HSK-T has tighter tolerances in the driving slot (for tool positioning)
• The main customer benefit is within the cutting process. The tighter driving slot leads to greater accuracy in the cutting process due to the more precise cutting height
