How do I delete a user from my company’s web account?

As a Customer User Admin, you can delete any user connected to your company’s web account.

  1. Click the trash bin button to the right of the user in the user list.
  2. Confirm the Delete User message with Yes.

How can I change a user’s personal information?

As a Customer User Admin, you can edit the personal information of any user connected to your company’s web account.

To change a user’s personal information:

  1. Select the user in the user list.
  2. On the User details tab, edit the details you wish to update.
  3. Press Save & Close to confirm.

You can change the following personal information:

  • First and last name
  • Language
  • Cell phone and phone
  • Position

How do I change the email address of a user?

It is not possible to change a user’s email address as the email address is the user’s login name. If you need to change the email address for a user, you can delete the user and create a new profile for the user.

How can I change the password of a user?

If one of your users has forgotten their password, you can reset it.

To reset a password:

  1. Select the user in the user list.
  2. Press Change password.    
  3. Press Send email button.

The user will now receive an email with a link and instructions for changing the password.

How can I manage my own profile?

As a Customer User Admin, you can manage your profile either via User administration by selecting yourself in the user list or via the User settings section on My page -> My settings .
