CoroDrill® DE10

The exchangeable-tip drill for high-volume hole making

Time for change

The overlooked potential of exchangeable-tip drills is substantial. It’s time for a change. Master high-volume hole making with CoroDrill® DE10. Start by seeing it in action!

Plug-and-play

With the universal -M5 geometry, CoroDrill® DE10 offers seamless plug-and-play functionality and uncompromised performance across a wide range of cutting data. In addition, no pilot drill is needed, which means less stock inventory and reduced cycle time.

High-feed capabilities

Thanks to its robust design, CoroDrill® DE10 excels at high feed rates. Using high feed rates means higher penetration rates which not only boost productivity but also ensure lower cost-per-component and reduced CO2 emissions.

Best-in-class pre-tension interface

Our patented pre-tension interface offers exceptional strength and high clamping forces. Optimized contact points between drill tip and drill body ensure excellent centering capabilities and less run-out. Overall, more tips per drill body can be used.

More features

  • Optimized chip flute geometry with two twisted coolant holes for good chip evacuation and hole quality
  • Pre-tension interface and strong drill tip geometry enable secure and robust drilling
  • Optimized drill tip geometry with increased edge toughness for reliable drilling with high wear resistance
  • Maintains hole quality for longer, even after corner wear
  • Quick and easy tip changes, no spare parts needed

Application

  • For high-volume hole making across all industries
  • Typical components are heat exchanger plates, automotive components, shafts, pumps and valves, flanges and structural I & H steel beams
  • H9/H10 hole tolerance
  • Can be used in a variety of drilling applications

ISO application areas

Sustainable drilling, drill and accessories

Designed for efficiency, CoroDrill® DE10 enables higher cutting parameters and faster metal removal. It is not only about increasing output — improved machine utilization reduces energy consumption and, in turn, your overall carbon footprint.

The robust design ensures consistent wear patterns and extends tool life, minimizing waste and supporting responsible manufacturing goals.

In addition, the mounting key made of hardened stainless steel and the plastic cover are also easily recyclable.
