Torque value

Correct torque values are 0.6 Nm for IC05 and 1.2 Nm for IC07.

Assembly instructions

Clean the tip seat thoroughly when mounting a new insert. Due to its small size, it is recommended to change the IC05 insert cutting edge when you reach a flank wear (Vb) of maximum 0.15 mm (0.006 inch) in ISO M and ISO S materials.

Programming radii

The programming radii are 1.5 mm (0.059 inch) for IC05 and 2.2 mm (0.087 inch) for IC07. Refer to the recommendations for correct R and ap for different geometries.

Coolant connection

Standard internal coolant with radial exit for all cutter bodies.
