Application recommendations, 2P350

  • Apply up milling
  • Recommended tool diameter is 0.5×DC < APMX* <1.5×DC

*Depending on the diameter, APMX can be increased for DC>10 mm (0.394 inch), stability and clamping are crucial

  • Always machine with minimum overhang

  • Multiply tool life by working in different levels

Tool holding recommendations

Use CoroChuck® 930 to maintain efficient production through quick and easy tool set-ups and changes.

Resource efficiency: Maximize output, minimize waste

check

Reduced carbide usage

Patented tool geometry for specific workpiece materials ensures the tool performs with high process security. New grade O2AD enables a longer tool life*, reducing tool changeovers and the volume of carbide usage.

*Based on tests against previous grade O12M, resulting in 100% longer tool life.

check

Circularity

We buy back your worn-out carbide tools and re-use them to make brand new ones. By doing this, we practice sustainable business in an environment of limited resources and minimize excessive waste.

check

Minimize scrap

Thanks to optimized grades and geometries, these tools deliver reliable performance. Their predictable, progressive wear pattern minimizes scrap and ensures consistent results.
