Internal machining of small, high-quality features
Use the collet-clamped adapter for rigid clamping and best performance. With increased stability, micro-vibrations are minimized and longer tool life can be achieved.
When cylindrical tool positions are limited or nonexistent, you can use square shank adapters as external tool posts in sliding head machines. This results in more free space and higher productivity in the machine.
Learn how to configure sliding heads machines to help you to achieve a consistent and efficient machining process.
