A great work environment:
“5S ultimate” clean factory
In our management vision, “Ultimate 5S” is the starting point of our competitiveness. 5S is a slogan used to maintain and improve the workplace environment in the manufacturing and service industries, and consists of “organizing, tidying, cleaning, cleanliness, and discipline”. The factory where these ultimate 5S are kept can work comfortably in a very clean workplace. In order to see the factory where 5S is equipped, our customers as well as nearby schools and other companies continuously visit our Semine production unit. We also accept tours for those who are seeking employment.

Consideration for the environment:
Creating a sustainable society by starting reconditioning services
As one of the major production units, we manufacture indexible inserts, cutters and holders. In order to respond to customers' requests for reconditioning services, we established Reconditioning Center and started operations in December 2019. By using this service, our customers can reduce their lead time and cost. It is also a part of one of our management visions, "Ensure short- and long-term activities for a sustainable society".
