A message from Sean Holt, President, Sandvik Coromant, Sales Area Americas. To our valued customers, I want to share our company’s message regarding the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). As always, the safety, health and wellness of our customers, employees and partners is our top priority. But we are also unwavering in our commitment to you and your business. Our customer service, technical and operations teams, along with our sales engineers, will continue to provide you with the best possible level of service and support during the challenging times ahead. I will continue to provide you with updates as the situation evolves.

Sandvik Coromant is carefully monitoring the COVID-19 situation globally and following guidance and precautionary measures provided by health authorities and the local governments. Our top priority, relative to the outbreak, is to protect our people, operations and customers from adverse impacts.

We are a global company with production and distribution facilities all over the world. This alongside procurement diversification supports our supply chain security. We continuously assess inventory demand, raw material requirement, production capacities and logistics to assess and manage risks.

Any mid- or long-term supply risks identified that derive from the current COVID-19 situation, are adopted into this workflow and plans are made how to best mitigate them.
